1. Who We Are

MealTricks is a US-based direct-to-consumer kitchen brand selling premium kitchen gadgets and cooking tools. Products are sourced from vetted manufacturing partners and fulfilled via dropshipping.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a legal US resident to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Products

• Product colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. the physical item due to monitor settings
• Lifestyle images may include props not included in the sale
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• We accept all major credit cards and payment methods shown at checkout
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments — we do not store your full payment details
• If a pricing error is discovered after your order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund
• Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required by law

5. Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
• We fulfill orders via third-party logistics partners and share your shipping information with them for this purpose
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — a full refund will be issued if we cancel
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy

Our products are sold as described and backed by our written guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealTricks makes no additional warranties — express or implied — beyond what is stated in our product listings and guarantee.

10. Limitation of Liability

MealTricks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by US law. We encourage you to contact us first at support@mealtricks.com to resolve any dispute. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a class action lawsuit.
