How do I keep my knives sharp?
Hand-wash and dry after each use, hone weekly with the included rod, and use the optional sharpening stone every few months. Every order also includes lifetime sharpening service.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
For longevity we recommend hand-washing all blades. Cookware and accessories are dishwasher safe on the top rack.
